Public comments will be read into the record at the board meeting by the secretary. Any public comment not adhering to the guidelines will not be read into the record. Further, public comments regarding the same topic will not be read, but rather a sample on a specific topic.

To remain transparent, all board members will receive computer-generated copies of all public comments submitted electronically and in-person.
Board members will listen to public comments, during a meeting, and have the ability to read all public comments submitted, prior to a board meeting. During a board meeting, the board will not respond verbally. However, the board will acknowledge receipt of all public comments properly submitted, and if there is a need to follow-up the board chair will follow-up with the superintendent.
