Every year, SC School Boards Association hosts its annual conference. Today, during the Board Chair Session, our very own Board Chair, Mrs. Carolyn Bolden, was selected to participate in a panel presentation.

Please join us for our Literacy Family Engagement Session, a wonderful, bilingual event. The presentation will be delivered in both English and Spanish.

The purpose of the Literacy Family Engagement Session, titled Llama Llama Helps Early Learners to Read, is to provide our 4k and Kindergarten families with tools and strategies to help young children, at home, with literacy and digital learning.

The event will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 11:00 am at the CATE Center located on the Ridgeland-Hardeeville High School Campus. The Address is 250 Jaguar Trail, Ridgeland South Carolina.

Hello parents, community members and stakeholders. Jasper County School District is currently working to prepare for our Cognia Accreditation Review. As a part of continuous improvement and to work towards our district’s upcoming accreditation, please complete the board ratings document. Your input is valuable. This tool will be available following each board meeting.

Students in the STEM club at HES created cotton ball launchers and measured the distance of how far they could launch a cotton ball based on the design of their launcher.

Students created lava lamps to illustrate chemical reactions and learned about mixtures. HES is doing a STEMtastic job!
