Celebrating Teachers Who Excel Using the Instructional Framework
The core of our educational system is established on the foundational principles of reading and mathematics. These two pillars of learning support teaching and learning worldwide. Therefore, Rechel Anderson, the Superintendent of Jasper County School District (JCSD), along with district and school leaders, gathered to celebrate and acknowledge the staff members at each of our campuses who have done an exceptional job of implementing the Instructional Framework during the 2023-2024 school year.
This observational process, inclusive of a rubric, collaborative decisions, and debriefing sessions from district and school administrators, has resulted in the identification and recognition of one teacher leader from each of the Jasper County School District’s campuses. Each of the selected teachers received a basket and a gift card. Congratulations to each of our distinguished educators.

Dr. Rechel Anderson and the JCSD leaders recognize that “the most important factor affecting student learning is the teacher. More can be done to improve education by improving the effectiveness of teachers than by any other single factor.”

Yes! JCSD’s Instructional Framework is really a big ordeal! More importantly, it’s an even bigger ordeal when professional educators make it come to life!
The ‘Parade’ recognition ceremony is yet another example of the District's Mantra: Student-Centered...Future-Focused!
