Jasper-Hampton Adult Education

JAHA Adult Education is the GED preparation provider for Jasper County. We have classes in Ridgeland at the Jasper County Alternative Program building and in Hardeeville at the Agape Family Life Center. Currently, we just ended classes for the school year, and are closed for the month of July. Classes will begin again in August. 

The process for preparing for your GED begins with registration and a placement test. The placement test shows us how close you are to passing the GED. During the month of July, our Hampton office is open for registration and testing. If you would like to get started right away, you may call our information line at 803-903-1052 to schedule an appointment. Or if you would like to wait, we will have registration and an information session at the Ridgeland location on August 19 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. and at the Hardeeville location on August 23 from 5:00pm - 8:00 pm. 

English Language classes (ESL) will also begin again in August at both the Ridgeland and Hardeeville locations. 

In addition to the above, JAHA Adult Education supports Jasper County residents with finishing their high school diploma, WIN testing, TABE testing, and Career Readiness certification classes.
