Ridgeland Hardeeville High School Students Attend Teacher Cadet Program At South Carolina State University
Jasper County School District has continued to expand its’ partnership with various universities throughout the state. This summer, ten juniors and seniors attended the Minority Access To Teacher Education (MATTE) Summer Bridge Program. The overarching goal for this program is to take a proactive approach for transiting minority students into college and to address the teacher shortage in South Carolina.
