Congratulations to Ridgeland Hardeeville High graduate Tuesday K. Cabang for being featured in the SC State University publication, Bulldog Stories. Cabang is completing her bachelor's degree in physics and astronomy. She speaks very highly of her time at RHHS! We are very proud of you and are inspired by story.
Excerpt from the article:

After she graduates, Cabang plans to attend grad school, where she will receive her Master of Arts in Teaching degree.

“I want to go into education. For now, I want to teach at the high school level because when I was in high school, I had a few teachers who were amazing and they gave me that passion for teaching other people,” she said.
Like the constellations she studies in her physics labs, Cabang also wants to shine a light and make an impact in the world of education.

Congratulations to each of our honorees for earning 2022-2023 Rookie Teacher of the Year.

Congratulations to each of our schools for their academic performance during our Imagine Math "March Madness" competition.

We presented each school leader with a certificate for the most lessons passed and/or earning the most points.

We are seeing great improvement in participation in intervention programs as well as impressive growth in our scholar's intervention program math scores. We are hopeful that these trends will translate into similar success on upcoming state assessments.

As we ready ourselves for the end of the school year 2021-2022, we are preparing for end-of-year testing. Our teachers and students have worked very hard to ensure that our district is ready for summative assessments. We are very elated and excited to embrace testing.
