The Jasper County School District Board of Education invites the community to public hearings to discuss the plan for redistricting of its nine-member board. The first two of three public hearings have been scheduled.

Today is the first day of the Jasper County School District Elite Drivers' Program! We are proud to offer this innovative training program in partnership with the State Department of Education.

Two representatives, Nick Osbourne (CEO) and Kara Moore (Director of Child Hunger Programs) of the Low Country Food Bank joined Miss Parker's English 2 Honors class on Wednesday, 2-8-23, to share information about food insecurity in South Carolina. The students are gathering information to deepen their understanding of food insecurity- the causes and effects as they prepare to write their informational essay on the topic. the students were engaged in activities and used the process of inquiry to acquire information.

In the coming weeks, if you have not already received your call, you will receive a call from the Principal's Office.

Our principals have been charged with meeting with individual parents to discuss their child's academic performance in Grades 3rd thru 8th and any student who is enrolled in End-of-Course Classes in Grades 9th thru 12th.

It will take all of us addressing the academic needs of our students.

Please take a moment and inquire if your child is performing at or above grade level. If he or she is not, please contact your child's principal to make an appointment.

We are willing to work with you to share our FREE academic online resources that you can work with your child at home to improve their academic performance.

We also offer FREE Academic Tutoring (online) via Paper Tutoring.
