Jasper County School District is offering a second opportunity for in person registration for the 2026 to 2027 school year.

🗓 Monday, July 20
⏰ 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
⏰ 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

🗓 Tuesday, July 21
⏰ 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
⏰ 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

📍 Registration will be held at both the Hardeeville and Ridgeland campuses.

All students, both new and returning, must register for the upcoming school year. Parents and guardians should bring:
✅ A valid photo ID
✅ Proof of residency
✅ Required immunization documentation

Accepted proof of residency includes:
• Electric bill
• Water bill
• Rental or lease agreement
• Property tax document
• South Carolina DMV vehicle registration

We look forward to welcoming our scholars and families as we prepare for another successful school year. See you July 20 and 21!

Building on Brilliance starts with helping every scholar feel confident on the first day of school. We're excited to share this opportunity from our community partner, ACE.

ACE is offering FREE Back to School Haircuts on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Haircuts and styles will be provided by the talented ACE Cosmetology and Barbering students.

Yesterday, our Content Specialists and Lead Teachers from every campus came together to prepare for a successful 2026-2027 school year.

Teams collaborated to finalize pacing guides, refine curriculum maps, and begin planning engaging lessons that will help every scholar succeed from day one. As Superintendent Dr. Laura Hickson shared in her welcome message, our goal is to "recognize, nurture, and build upon the brilliance that already exists within each child."

We're excited for the year ahead as we continue building on the brilliance of Jasper, together. 💙💛

Students can receive free school supplies while supplies last. Families can also enjoy free hot dogs and drinks during the event.

Our Aviation STEM Camp scholars recently took their learning to new heights with a field trip to Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport!

During their visit, students received a behind-the-scenes look at the many careers and operations that keep an airport running every day.

They explored:
🛫 A live drone demonstration
🧳 How airport baggage handling systems work
🏢 General airport operations
🛡️ Airport security procedures

Experiences like these help connect classroom learning to real-world careers while inspiring the next generation of innovators, engineers, pilots, and aviation professionals.
